Momper Insulation has a tradition of market leadership in northern Indiana. In order
to continue that tradition in a very competitive marketplace, we have to continue to grow.
During the late 90's, my family & I decided that the most logical way to continue our
growth was to join forces with a strong, like-minded organization within our industry.
IBP was a logical choice for us because of our shared values of quality customer service
and strong personal integrity. As a result of joining IBP, Momper Insulation has benefited
in many ways. We now offer our customers a greater range of products and services. Our
employees have more career opportunities. And for me, joining IBP has really re-energized
me. I am doing more things that challenge and excite me every day. I truly believe that

While considering how to continue the success at All
Construction, I did a lot of research. Partnering with a larger company was the
most logical way to continue our growth. (Providing greater access to growth
capital, technology, human resources, etc.) However, it was vital that the
company we partnered with share our values and our vision of the future. I did
a lot of investigation into the team at Installed Building Products. I heard

As a member of the management team for Mooney & Moses for many years I was

Becoming an IBP company is one of the best business decisions I have ever made. IBP has
